Gigi Penna

Before founding Caldera House in 2020, Gigi worked in proxy solicitation, where she specialised in engaging retail and institutional investors for capital raisings, schemes of arrangement, takeovers, and complex shareholder meetings. Earlier in her career, she was a founding member of digital news site, Stockhead, assisting in the setup and growth strategy.

Gigi is a passionate personal investor in ASX and TSX stocks, with a keen interest in the global transition to clean energy. She has a particular focus on the evolving supply-demand dynamics of critical commodities necessary for the emerging green economy.

As an avid investor, x.com fintwit member and respected TikTok commentator, Gigi has cultivated a vast network within the investment community, which she leverages to form the cornerstone of her highly effective communication strategy, engaging both institutional and retail investors alike.

Gigi holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Public Relations , from the University of Notre Dame Australia.

Lily Ramsay

Before joining Caldera House, Lily worked across M&A transaction risk, corporate advisory, and investment management. She was previously at CT Group, a global consultancy operating across research, intelligence, campaigns, and advisory, and earlier held roles with Willis Towers Watson and CBRE, where she specialised in transaction and advisory practices across a broad range of sectors.

At CT Group, Lily worked alongside the firm's campaigns practice, gaining exposure to reputation management, government relations, and stakeholder engagement alongside advisory work, evaluating financial risks, managing exposures, and helping parties negotiate complex transactions.

This mix of financial and communications experience shapes Lily's work at Caldera House, where she applies the same analytical approach to engaging institutional and retail investors and developing clear, credible investor messaging.

Lily holds a Master of Applied Finance from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business (International Business) from the University of Queensland.

Rosie Brown

Rosie brings over eight years of experience in investor communications and marketing across financial services. Most recently, she worked within the investor communications function at a Sydney-based private markets investment manager, where she developed fundraising collateral, data room infrastructure and investor segmentation frameworks to support capital raising across institutional, family office and high-net-worth audiences.

She has a particular strength in translating complex investment strategies into clear, compelling communications, and in planning and running investor events, webinars and fund manager roadshows end to end, from concept through to execution.

Rosie holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Public Relations, from the University of Notre Dame Australia.
